""The Butterfly Effect" is a fable created in collaboration with The Cultural Change Company in Scotland. It uses storytelling to convey the importance of certain principles of collaboration and models to create organizational change. We chose the format of a fable because of it's capacity to reach audiences across cultures and ages. It was a pleasure collaborating with David Potter to create this fun tale and participate in the creation of the script, storyboard, illustrations and animation. The voice is from the very talented Jennifer Karen. And the work on motion design animation by Gerardo Gomez.
